Equipment FAQs
Q:
How do I reserve fun equipment?
A: You may reserve equipment for a date by putting 50% of the rental
price down.
Q: Do I
need to supply power?
A: Yes, most fun equipment will need a power supply. We provide
extension cords, and rent generators.
Q: What if
it rains?
A: Be prepared with a back-up plan for bad weather.
Q: How long
can I keep the inflatable?
A: Most items are priced for a 4 hour rate or overnight. If you need
the item longer, just ask for pricing.
Q: How do I
get the equipment to my event?
A: Many of the fun equipment items will fit in a pickup... ask about
multiple items, and don’t forget - delivery is available!
Q: Can I
have everything delivered and picked up?
A: Some are already priced for delivery and pickup, and are noted on
the price sheet. Our consultants can give you a quote for delivery
and pickup on other fun equipment.
Q: How big
is it, will it fit in my space?
A: We do have a list of space needed for each item. If it isn’t
listed on the website, just ask.
Q: Who will
run the equipment?
A: Most fun equipment can be run by the customer, but there are
exceptions, so please ask us about the items you are interested in.
Q: Who is
responsible for the equipment at my event?
A: The customer is responsible for the safety and security of the
equipment until returned to our store, or picked up by us.
Q: Is there
insurance on the fun equipment?
A: No, the customer is responsible for any damage and/or missing
equipment, and Kansas Rental is not responsible for any injuries
arising from use of our equipment. We reserve the right to decline
setup in an unsafe environment.
